Insignia lenses provide UV400 protection, safeguarding the eyes against harmful ultraviolet radiation according to Standard EN 1836-2005 of the European Union.

Do not place the lenses against any hard surface. The Insignia case has been designed to protect your eyewear during transport and storage. Always make sure the lenses are free from dust prior to storage and clean them with a soft cloth or the pouch provided.

Insignia watches are rainproof, but should be wiped with a cloth as soon as possible since the wood is a porous material. Avoid submerging them, keeping them in contact with chemicals (for example, cosmetics) or exposing them for a long period of time directly to sunlight at high temperatures. You can clean them with a soft cloth.

In case you received defective sunglasses or watches, please notify us the soonest, and, if possible, among the first 24 hours among delivery. Once notified, the buyer should return the package and then we will proceed to send the same item at no additional cost.
